Welcome!! A standard 10’ x 10’ space will be provided. Tents (recommended), tables and chairs
will not be provided. Admission for two is included with your registration. Extra admission passes will be available at the gate the morning of the event.

Vendor Application
A standard 10’ x 10’ space ($100.00 -Early Registration before June 10th 2025) or ($150.00 after June 10th 2025) for the day for vendors and clans with retail activity. Tables and chairs will be provided by request only at a cost of $15.00 per table and $3.00 per chair. Tents will not be provided. Admission is included in the vendor registration price. Extra admission passes will be available at the gate the morning of the event.
Food Vendors Only Please submit copies of your City of Penticton permit & Food Safe certification with this registration form. Note: Food Vendors must be registered on the City of Penticton 2025 approved Vendor List.
